1. Entries must be postmarked on or before July 30, 2010.
2. Tioga County Residents Only.
3. No professionals.
4. Length of performance not to exceed 5 minutes.
5. Maximum of 15 participants.
6. Winners will be chosen by panel of 3 judges.
7. Prior years winners will be put on a waiting list.
8. PA system provided but contestant shall provide all other equipment.
9. Four (4) $50.00 awards will be presented.
