CONTEST

• The 2009 Tioga County Fair Queen will be awarded $250 and is eligible to represent Tioga County at the State Fair Queen Contest in Hershey in Jan., 2010.* 
• The runner-up will be awarded $100.

*The winner of the State Contest will receive a Scholarship of $1500 and reign as Pennsylvania's Fair Queen.
