Tioga County Fair
2012 FOOD SERVICE EXHIBITORS
RESERVATION FORMS DUE BY MAY 1, 2012 with a $100 deposit.
BALANCE TO BE PAID AT THE FAIR OFFICE BY WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 8, 2012.
$275 PER 10' - 20' SET-UP PLUS ELECTRICITY
NOTE: INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS ON ENCLOSED INFORMATION SHEET!
NOTE: SALES TAX REQUIREMENTS ON ENCLOSED INFORMATION SHEET!
The Fair, in the interest of all, may limit the number of vendors with similar menus.
24 hr. SECURITY will be provided beginning Sunday, August 5, 2012.
Ice available on the grounds beginning Sunday, August 5, 2012.
Concessions must be in place by 3:00 p.m., Sunday, August 6, 2012.
Concessions must remain on the grounds until 10:00 p.m., Saturday, August 11, 2012.
Concessions shall be manned from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Official Fair opening - Monday, August 6, 2012- 3:00 p.m.
All water hook-ups must be equipped with anti-siphon valves.
Passes $6.00 per day - $30.00 per person per week
2 passes issued per each food vendor
Additional passes may be purchased as needed.
Free Parking in designated areas.
Camping permits - $35 weekly plus $20 Electric Fee - (No water hookups)
Tent Camping - $20 weekly
